Research progress in chronic kidney disease with hepatitis C virus infection

摘要:
慢性肾病患者由于血液透析和肾移植容易感染HCV,虽然丙型肝炎的治疗方法和新药研究已经取得进步,但是用于慢性肾病患者的治疗效果、药物耐受性和安全性目前还不明确。对慢性肾病患者HCV感染（HCV-CKD）的现状进行了介绍,简述了HCV-CKD患者肝脏情况的评估方法,并对HCV-CKD治疗的最新进展进行了详细阐述,认为对于HCV-CKD治疗的药物选择和剂量,还需要更多的临床实践来验证。
Abstract:Patients with chronic kidney disease( CKD) are susceptible to hepatitis C virus( HCV) infection due to hemodialysis and kidney transplantation. Despite the progress in treatment and new medicines for hepatitis C,the efficacy,tolerability,and safety of medicines in CKD patients remain unclear. This article reviews the current situation of HCV infection in CKD patients,methods for evaluating liver condition in HCV-CKD patients,and the latest progress in HCV-CKD treatment. More clinical practice is needed to verify the selection and dosage of medicines for HCV-CKD.
