A case of secondary hemochromatosis

<正>1病例资料患者男性,53岁,农民,因"间断性乏力、头晕17年"入院。17年前无明显原因及诱因出现头晕、四肢乏力就诊于清涧县医院,诊断为贫血,给予输血、支持治疗好转出院。后因上述症状反复出现在多家医院输血支持治疗,症状缓解。2012年5月在当地医院查腹部B超示:脾大,建议上级医院就诊。2012年5月18日本院以"肝硬化原因待查、贫血原因待查"诊断住院治疗,肝功能检查提示胆红素升高,以DBil升高为主;B超:
