Abstract:
To study the relation of hepatic fibrosis indexes to HBVDNA title and pathological change, the serum levels of hyaluronidase (HA) 、type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C) 、Laminin (LN) and type Ⅲ precollagen (PCⅢ) of 145 patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis were detected, and the HBVDNA title in their sera was detected by a semi-quantitive dot hybridization method Diagrosis of some patients were conformed by hepatic biopsy The results showed that the levels of HA, Ⅳ-C、LN、PCⅢ were not related to the HBVDNA title, they were varied with the different stages of chronic hepatitis in pathology So the development of hepatic fibrosis may be not related to the copy numbers of HBV and their replication The HA、LN levels may hint the inflammation grades early, and the PCⅢ levels may hint the fibrosis stages early
