摘要

摘要: 探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1（sICAM 1）在慢性乙型肝炎中的作用及临床意义。应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测 5 6例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM 1水平。慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM 1水平明显高于正常人水平 ,且随着肝细胞损伤程度的加重而升高 ,与T细胞亚群无相关性。血清sICAM - 1水平可反映慢性乙型肝炎患者的病情及肝细胞坏死程度 ,不能直接影响其细胞免疫功能。

Abstract: To evealuate the biologic role of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) .serum sICAM 1 was detected by ELISA in 56 patients with CHB.Serum sICAM 1 level in CHB was notably higher than in NC (P<0.01/0.05) and paralleled with the serious degree of liver damage, there were no correlations with CD + 4+, CD + 8 or the ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8.Serum sICAM 1 level increase in CHB and consist with liver damage, it can not influence cellular immune function.
