摘要: 探讨乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染患者外周血白细胞介素 - 12 （IL - 12 ）水平与HBeAg/HBeAb的关系。选择HBsAg、HBcAb阳性患者 6 0例进入本研究 ,按HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb（大三阳）和HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb（小三阳）分为两组 ,采用ELISA法检测乙肝血清标志物及其外周血IL - 12水平。大三阳组CAH患者的血清IL - 12水平显著高于小三阳组（142 .45± 40 .32 pg/ml、110 2 1± 30 .16 pg/ml,P <0 .0 5 ） ,而CPH患者大、小三阳组无显著性差异（12 8.32± 47.73pg/ml、118.6 1± 5 5 .5 4pg/ml,P >0 .0 5 ） ,但大三阳组HC患者血清IL - 12水平明显低于小三阳患者（88.75± 10 .5 4pg/ml、130 .45± 5 0 .86 pg/ml,P <0 .0 5 ） ,在大三阳组CAH、CPH、HC患者血清IL - 12水平依次降低 ,CAH患者明显高于HC患者（P <0 .0 1） ;...

Abstract: To investigate the relationship between HBeAg/HBeAb and IL 12 in the peripheral blood of HBV infected patients.60 patients with HBeAg or HBeAb positive entered into this study.They were divided into 2 groups:HBsAg+ HBeAg+?HBcAb+ (A) , HBsAg+?HBeAb+?HBcAb+ (B) .The status of HBV markers (HBsAg?HBsAb?HBeAg?HBeAb?HBcAb) and levels of IL 12 were determined by ELISA assay.The levels of IL 12 in CAH of A group were much higher than that of B group (142.45±40.32pg/ml?110.21±30.16pg/ml, P <0.05) , there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-12 in CPH of A and B groups (128.32±47.73pg/ml?118.61±55.54pg/ml, P >0.05) , but the levels of IL 12 in HC of A group were significantly lower than that of B group (88.75±10.54pg/ml?130.45±50.86pg/ml, P<0.05 ) ;the levels of IL 12 in CAH were also a lot higher than that in HC of A group, but no significant difference existed among CAH?CPH?HC of B group.The levels of IL 12 in the peripheral blood were closely associated with the status of HBeAg/HBeAb these might play important roles in monitoring the status of these disease, viral replication, injury of hepatocytes.
