The clinical effect of the treatment with foscarnet in acute borderling severe hepatitis caused by HBV.

摘要: 为观察膦甲酸钠 (PFA)在治疗急性乙型临界性重型肝炎并防止其向重型肝炎发展方面的临床疗效及其安全性 ,选择 19例病人治疗 ,同时随机设对照组 2 1例。治疗组除应用PFA外还与对照组一样应用促肝细胞生长素、甘利欣、门冬氨酸钾镁及胸腺肽等药物。并观察治疗前后肝功能指标的变化。结果证明两组在病程及TBil、ALT、A/G、PTA和PT等指标变化方面经统计学处理有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。提示PFA在防治急性乙型临界性重型肝炎向急性重型肝炎发展上有良好的作用。Abstract: To study the clinical effect and the security of Foscarnet on the treatment of acute borderling severe hepatitis caused by HBV for preventing severe hepatitis, 19 cases were choosed as treated group, simultaneouly, 21 cases were choosed as control group.All patients in treated group received PFA treatment also used Injection of Hepatocyte Growth-promotting Factors, Diammoninm Glycyrrhizinate Injection, Injection Kalii Magnesii Aspartatis and Injection Thymosini similar to the contrast growp.The change of hepatic function of every patierts was examined before and after treatment.There were significant difference between the two growps in terms of process and TBil, ALT, A/G.PTA and PT et al.by Statistical analysis (P<0.01) .The results show that PFA have benifical effect on preventing acute HBV borderling severe hepatitis from severe hepatitis.
