Radio frequency treatment of liver tumor through percutanous liver puncture induced by CT

摘要: 研究集束电极射频 （radiofrequency ,RF）治疗肝癌的方法及疗效。在CT引导下将中空金属钛多极穿刺针经皮直接穿刺置入瘤体 ,分点一次或多次对瘤体进行射频治疗 ,术中直视肿瘤射频治疗后的图像及CT值 ,术后观察患者的瘤体血供情况、肿瘤大小及AFP值的变化。瘤体直径 <5cm的肝癌 ,术后 1- 5个月大部分瘤体血供消失 ,瘤体缩小 ,瘤体直径 >5cm的肝癌 ,配合介入栓塞治疗 ,多数瘤体缩小。CT引导多弹头射频治疗肝癌定位准确 ,近期疗效安全有效Abstract: To study the methods and curative effect of radion frequency therapy with clustered electrode on liver tumor, The hollow titanium puncture needle with multielectrodes is pricked into the body of tumor, then treat the tumor for one or several times with radio frequency The image and CT data of tumor are observed directly after radio frequency therapy during the operation After the operation we observe the change of AFP, blood supply and size of the tumor After 1～5 months, the blood supply of largely tumor body whose diameter less than 5 cm disappears, and the size of tumor lessens Mostly of the tumor body lessens, whose diametre larger than 5 cm treated with radio frequency, conjugation therapy with intervention embolism It is safety and effective than liver tumor are treated with multi-electrode radio frequency inducting by CT
