Experimental and clinical study of liver fibrosis therapy with chinese herbal of turtle'crust

摘要: 观察以鳖甲为主的软坚消症中药复方制剂与秋水仙碱比较其对大鼠肝纤维化的治疗效果。结果 治疗组在生化、肝脏形态方面优于对照组秋水仙碱。临床观察患者的腹胀、恶心、肝区疼痛症状改善 ,血中透明质酸、层粘蛋白有所下降 ,尿中羟脯氨酸有一定提高 ,结果优于丹参对照组Abstract: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of herbal medicine of turtle' crust soften hard tissue and colchicines on liver cirrhosis in rate. The result in this report have shown that the biochemistic parameters and hepatic fibrosis were significantly improved in the herbal groups than those in colchicines groups. The symptoms of patients, such as abdomidnal distension, nausea, the pain in liver area, were improved, this medicine could decrease the content of hyaluronic acid and increased the content of hydroxyproline in urine. The effects of herbal medicine of turtle' crust is better than those in salvia milti groups.
