The Expression of sialyl lewis-X antigen and P16 and its relationship with biological behaviors in cholangiocarcinoma

摘要: 探讨唾液酸化Lewis -X(sialylLewis-X ,SLeX)抗原和P16基因蛋白表达与胆管癌病理指标的关系。应用免疫组化方法 ,检测 43例胆管癌组织中SLeX抗原和P16基因蛋白表达 ,综合分析了SLeX和P16蛋白表达与胆管癌临床病理因素间的关系。在胆管癌组织中 ,SLeX和P16表达阳性率分别为 67 4%和 44 2 %。SLeX高表达和P16低表达与胆管癌的TNM分期、分化程度和转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。SLeX表达与P16表达呈负相关 (r =-0 5 4,P <0 0 0 1)。SLeX和P16表达提示胆管癌生物学行为不良

Abstract: To study the relationship between the expression of sialyl Lewis-X (SLeX) antigen, P16 products and biological behaviors in cholangiocarcinoma. The expression of SLeX and P16 in 43 cases of cholangiocarcinoma tissue was respectively investigated by catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical technique. The relationship between expression of SLeX, P16 and the clinicopathological factors of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed. The positive expression rate of SLeX and P16 in cholangiocarcinoma was 67.4% and 44.2% respectively. The high level expression of SLeX, the low expression of P16 were positively correlated with the TNM phase, differentiation degree and metastasis in cholangiocarcinoma (P<0.05) . The expression of SLeX was a reverse correlation wth P16 expression in Cholangiocarcinoma (r=-0.54, P<0.001) . Expression of SLeX and P16 could be helpful in predicting poor biological behavior.-
