摘要: 探讨HBeAg阳性无症状乙肝病毒感染者免疫调控状况 ,采用外周血单个核细胞（PBMC） ,体外刺激诱导培养 ,用ELISA法同时检测IL - 10、IL - 12及γ -IFN ,并以抗 -HBe阳性者、慢性肝炎及体检健康者作为对照。发现IL - 10不受HBeAg+ /抗 -HBe+的影响 ,经受刺激培养后其分泌明显高于正常对照组 ,在轻度ALT增高病人中亦呈分泌增强状态。γ -IFN在无症状HBeAg+组测定值明显较低 ;但在无症状抗 -HBe+、ALT及TBil异常组增高。IL -12检测水平在HBV感染各组均显著高于正常对照组 ,与血清转换及肝功异常无关。免疫负调控优势可发生于无症状HBeAg携带者。IL - 12在乙肝病毒感染时生成量可能高于正常人

Abstract: In order to investigate the immunity regulation state in chronic asymptomic HBeAg positive patients. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from chronic asymptomatic HBeAg positive patients were cultivated and stimulated, the induction of interleukin-10 (IL-10) . interleukin-12 (IL-12) and γ-interferon (γ-IFN) were simultaneously detected by ELISA. IL-10 was free from the influence of liver function, HBeAg positive or anti-HBe positive. The detected level after induction culture was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. The detected level was also higher in those patients with slignt increased ALT. The detected level of γ-IFN in patients with HBeAg patienls were significantly lower, but it was higher when ALT increased and TBil was abnormal. The values of IL-12 were all significantly higher than normal control, and it were not correlated with serium conversion and abnormal liver function. The negative regulation of immunity may occurred in HBeAg carriers. The secretion of IL-12 in patients with hepatitis B virus infection may be higher than that in normal people.
