Treating hepatocellular carcinoma by injecting tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) into cancer area through skin.

摘要: 探索介入化疗、局部注射TIL、瘤内无水酒精注射综合治疗晚期肝癌的疗效。活检肝癌组织 （2 - 3）g ,体外分离、培养扩增TIL ,在介入化疗的基础上经皮癌灶注射TIL。患者PR时间、带瘤存活时间明显延长 ,症状明显改善。综合应用介入化疗、局部注射TIL、瘤内无水酒精注射可明显提高晚期肝癌疗效Abstract: To probe into curative effect of comprehensively treating hepatocellular carcinoma by interventional chemotherapy, locally injecting TIL and injecting absolute alcohol into tumor. (2-3) g of tissue of hepatocellular carcinoma was carried on biopsy and separated outside the body. TIL was cultivated and enlarged. Based on interventional chemotherapy, TIL was injected into cancer area through skin. Two months later, PR time of the patients and their surviving time with tumor were increased. The symptom was obviously improved. The curative effect of patients with end-stage hepatocellular carcinoma can be obviously improved by the comprehensive application of interventional chemotherapy, locally injecting TIL and injecting absolute alcohol into tumor.
