Abstract:
To investigative the clinical efficacy of interferon combined with Thymic Factor D (TFD) in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into IFNα-lb with TFD, IFNα-lb, and TFD groups to observe ALT, HBV DNA and viral marker changes. At the end of treatment, the rate of normal ALT, the negative rate of HBV DNA and HBeAg, and the positive rate of HBeAb were higher in IFNα-lb with TFD and IFNα-lb groups than TFD group (P<0.01) . There was no obvious significant different between IFNα-lb with TFD and IFNα-lb groups (P<0.05) . After 6 months follow up, those were still higher in IFNα-lb with TFD and IFNα-lb groups than TFD group, but the positive rate of HBV DNA is higher in IFNα-lb than the combination group (P<0.05) . The IFNα-1b combined with TFD is efficient to treat patients with chronic hepatitis B.
