摘要

摘要: 探讨中国乙型肝炎病毒基因型与干扰素α疗效的关系。用PCR -限制性酶切片段长度多态性方法分析乙型肝炎病毒基因型 ,并研究 1998 1～ 2 0 0 2 4南方医院门诊和住院慢性乙型肝炎患者的一般人口学、ALT、HBVDNA、肝脏活检组织病理以及干扰素治疗效果。B基因型 70例 ,C基因型 6 0例 ,两基因型间一般人口学、ALT、HBVDNA、肝脏活检组织病理无统计学差异 ,干扰素治疗效果同样没有显著性差异。HBVB、C基因型感染的慢性乙型肝炎患者临床无统计学差异 ,可能与两组患者有着相似的免疫背景有关

Abstract: To investigate the relation between chinese hpatitis B virus (HBV) genotype and efficacy of interferon-α.HBV genetype was testified by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) .Common demography, Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , HBVDNA, liver biopsy, and efficacy of interferon-α of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients of Nanfang Hospital during 1998.1-2002.4 were surveyed.Patients with CHB caused by HBV B or C genotype have not any significante difference neither in common demography, ALT, HBV DNA, liver biopsy, nor in efficacy of interferon-α Patients infected with HBV B or C genotype have no significante difference in clinic, probably correlated to the similar immune background of two groups.
