Expression of TGFβ1、TGFβRⅠ and TGFβRⅡ in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 运用免疫组化方法对 36例HCC和 4 2例癌旁肝组织的TGFβ1及其Ⅰ、Ⅱ型受体表达情况进行研究。TGFβ1在 36例肝癌组织和 4 2例癌旁肝组织的阳性率分别为 6 9 4 %、81% ,两者差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,半定量分析TGFβ1在肝癌组织表达阳性面积百分比为 (17 2 3± 11 78) % ,癌旁肝组织为 (38 4 7± 15 34) % ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。TGFβRⅠ在HCC、癌旁肝组织的阳性率分别为 4 1 7%、73 8% ,TGFβRⅡ在HCC、癌旁肝组织阳性率分别为 4 7 2 %、85 7% ,差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。肝癌细胞和癌旁肝细胞中均高度表达TGFβ1,两者阳性率无差异 ,但阳性面积百分比后者显著高于前者 ,提示TGFβ1表达降低可能与肝细胞的恶性转化和生长失控有关。TGFβ1过度表达而不能抑制癌细胞的恶性增殖 ,可能与肝癌细胞中TGFβRⅠ和TGFβRⅡ表达降低有关

Abstract: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of TGFβ1、TGFβRⅠ and TGFβRⅡ in 36 cases HCC and 42 cases paratumorous liver tissue. There was no difference in the positive rates of TGFβ1 expressioin between HCC tissue (69.4%) and paratumorous liver tissue (81.0%) (P>0.05) . However, by the semi-quantiative analysis, the positive area percentage of TGFβ1 expression decreased in HCC tissue (17.23±11.78%) compared with that in paratumorous liver tissue (38.47±15.34%) (P<0.05) . The positive rate of TGFβRⅠ expression decreased significantly in HCC tissue (41.7%) compared with that in paratumorous liver tissue (73.8%) (P<0.01) . The positive rates of TGFβRⅡ expression decreased significantly in HCC tissue (42.7%) compared with that in paratumorous liver tissue (85.7%) (P<0.01) . Both HCC and paratumorous liver tissue can express high level of TGFβ1, but the positive area percentage of TGFβ1 expression in the former decrease significantly compared with that in the later, which implies the decrease of TGFβ1 expression may be involved in liver cells malignant transformation and uncontrolled growth. Decreasing expression of TGFβRⅠ and TGFβRⅡ in HCC may be the reasons for escaping the negative regulation of TGFβⅠ. -
