HLA-A GENOTYPING and ITS RELATION in PATIENTS WITH HBV INFECTION

摘要

摘要: 从分子遗传学角度探讨HLA-A与乙肝感染发展及转归的关系。应用PCR-SSP技术,分别对慢性乙肝（CHB）患者30例,HBV携带者30例,自行感染恢复者30例,正常人50例进行HLA-A基因分型。结合临床病型作相关性分析。济南市汉族正常人以A0201位点常见。其基因频率为52%。CHB患者A0201基因频率明显下降（P<0.05）。A0301基因频率有所升高,相对危险度为2;A1101基因多见于HBV携带者,急性感染恢复者A0201基因频率有所增高。HLA-A0201、A0301基因与济南汉族乙肝患者的转归相关,HLA-A1101与HBV携带者相关;免疫遗传因素参与慢乙肝的发病机制。

Abstract: To study the frequency of different genotypings of HLA-A gene and their relations with HBV infection.HLA-A genotyping was conducted in 30 cases of HBV chronic infection, 30 cases of chronic carriers with HBV, 30 cases of patients that recovered from acute HBV infection.and 50 healthy subjects with polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) .The relationship of different genotypes of HLA-A with the clinical types of HBV infection was analyzed.HLA-A0201 was the frequent genotype in the healthy residents of JiNan with the frequency of 52%.The frequency of HLA-A0201 was decreased in patients with chronic hepatitis B.The frequency of HLA-A0301 was increased in patients with chronic hepatitis B (P<0.05) .HLA-A1101 was usually found in chronic carriers with HBV.HLA-A0201 was increased in patients that recoverd from acute HBV infection.HLA-A0201、A0301 are related to hepatitis B in JiNan, HLA-A1101 is related to carriers with HBV.And immune and genetic factors participate in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B.
