泽泻对肝硬化门脉高压血流动力学影响的临床研究

The clinical study of Rhizoma alismatis on hemodynamics of liver cirrohosis and portal hypertension

摘要

摘要: 为探讨泽泻对肝硬化门脉高压患者血流动力学影响,观察肝硬化患者在服用泽泻前后门静脉系统血流动力学的变化;记录用药前后不同时期患者尿量,并采集静脉血,利用生化及放免方法检测肾功能及血浆醛固酮水平。发现泽泻治疗10天后患者尿量显著增多(P<0.05),20天后门静脉血流量明显减少(P<0.05),而患者内生肌酐清除率、血浆醛固酮水平无明显差异。认为泽泻能有效减少门静脉血流量,降低门脉压力。对肾功能无影响,无毒副作用。

Abstract: To study the effects of Rhizoma alismatis on hemodynamics of portal hypertension.We observed the hemodynamics change of liver cirrhotic patients before and after administering of the Rhizoma alismatis.We also monitored the renal function and the levels of blood plasma aldosterone.After 10 days, the urine volume of patients were increased obviously (P<0.05) .After 20 days, the portal venous flow and the pressure of patients were decreased (P<0.05) , the renal function and the level of the plasma aldosterone of patients weren't difference.Rhizoma alismatis can decrease the portal venous flow and reduce the pressure, without side effects.
