摘要

摘要: 探讨脂肪肝的脂质过氧化与细胞因子的相关性。选择64例脂肪肝患者,测定血清中丙二醛（m alond i-aldehyde,MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide d ismutase,SOD）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor,αTNF-α）、胰岛素样生长因子1（insu lin-likegrowth factor 1,IGF-1）的水平,并选择56例非脂肪肝的健康人为正常对照。结果显示脂肪肝患者MDA和TNF-α水平升高,与正常组比均为（P<0.05）;SOD和IGF-1水平下降,与正常组比分别为（P<0.05,P<0.01）。提示脂肪肝患者存在脂质过氧化,与TNF-α和IGF-1存在相关性。

Abstract: To observe as study group the relationship about fatty liver lipid peroxides and cell factor.64 fatty liver cases were selected, the level of MDA、SOD、TNF-α and IGF-1 were tested.56 healthy cases were as contral group.The results demonstrated that the level of MDA and TNF-α were higher, than that of control group (P<0.05, respectively) ;while the l evel of SOD and IGF-1 were lower, than that of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively) .The study shows that fatty liver exists lipid peroxides and was related to TNF-α and IGF-1.
