Study on the relationship between inflammation activity in the liver tissues and expression of HBcAg in patients with chronic hepatits B

摘要: 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏炎症活动与肝组织HBcAg表达的相关性。随机选择102例住院慢性乙型肝炎患者,肝穿活检,行HE染色及免疫组化染色,光镜观察其肝组织炎症活动与免疫组化HBcAg染色阳性率的关系。随慢性乙肝患者肝组织炎症活动度的增加,各亚型HBcAg阳性率有明显差异,P<0.05。慢性乙肝患者肝组织炎症活动度与HBcAg阳性亚型有关。Abstract: To study the relationship between inflammation activity in the liver tissues and expression of HBcAg in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.102 cases with chronic hepatitis B were collected randomly.Inflammation activity of liver tissues and HBcAg were analyzed with pathological methods and immunochemistry separately.The positive rate of every HBcAg subtype in groups with different grade of inflammation activity of liver tissue was different from each other.It showed that the positive rate of diversified subtype of HBcAg were correlated with inflammation activity in liver tissues of the patients with chronic hepatitis B (P<0.05) .
