The relationship between the levels of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ and influence factors of anti-viral therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis C

摘要: 本研究检测了64例慢性丙型肝炎（CHC）患者的血清HCV RNA基因型、IFN-γ和IL-4水平、HCV-RNA含量以及ALT水平。结果显示CHC患者血清IFN-γ水平在1b型的患者显著低于2 a型（P<0.05）,与病毒载量、ALT水平等均无显著性相关（均为P>0.05）。在同一基因型中,血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平与ALT水平、病毒载量亦无相关（P>0.05）。在同一基因型中,血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平与ALT水平、病毒载量亦无相关（P>0.05）:在诸多抗病毒影响因素中,病毒基因型在血清IFN-γ水平上具有差别,提示1b型较其他基因型为低的IFN-γ水平可能是该型更易发生HCV持续感染的因素之一。

Abstract: The genotype of hepatitis C virus, the levels of serum IFN-γ and IL-4, serum viral load and the level of ALT level were determined in the patients suffered from chronic hepatitis C.The level of serum IFN-γ from patients with genotype 1b was significantly lower than that from genotype 2a (P<0.05) .There was no correlation between the levels of serum IFN-γ and IL-4 and age, gender, serum ALT level or HCV RNA level (P>0.05) .And just in patients with the same genotype, there was no correlation between the levels of serum IFN-γ and IL-4 and the serum ALT level or HCV RNA level (P>0.05) .The low level of IFN-γ in the patients with genotype 1b might be a factor on sustained infection to hepatitis C virus.
