Curative effect of tiopronin uniting squalene soft capsules on treating 86 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis

摘要: 评价凯西莱联合角鲨烯胶丸对非酒精性脂肪肝(NASH)的疗效。166例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,86例用凯西莱联合角鲨烯胶丸为治疗组,80例单用凯西莱治疗为对照组。联合治疗组有效率93.0%(80/86),对照组有效率70.0%(56/80),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。凯西莱联合角鲨烯胶丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝具有良好的效果,值得临床应用。Abstract: To evaluate the curative effect of tiopronin uniting squalene soft capsules on treating patiens with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) .166 cases with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis were divided in two groups randomly.86 caes were treated with tiopronin uniting squalene soft capsules, and 80 cases treated with tiopronin only.The efficient rate of treated group was 93% (80/86) , and control group 70% (56/80) .The difference was obvious (P<0.05) .It showed that tiopronin uniting squalene soft capsrles on treating nonalcoholic steatohepatitis was worth of clinic application.
