Relationship between chemosensitivity of lymphaden cells in vitro and tumor cells from patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要

摘要: 探讨肝癌患者淋巴结细胞与肿瘤细胞体外药敏试验的相关性。采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法(MTT)体外药敏试验,检测了27例肝细胞癌患者淋巴结细胞和肿瘤细胞对10种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。肝细胞癌患者淋巴结细胞与肿瘤细胞对其中10种化疗药的抑制率间呈正相关(r=0.803,P=0.0062)。肝细胞癌患者淋巴结细胞与其肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性具有良好的正相关性,对临床选择化疗药物具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: To study the relationship between chemosensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma of lymphaden cells in vitro and tumor cells.3- (4, 5-dimethyhhiazol-2-yl) -2, 5-diphenyhetrazolium bromide (MTT) method was used to test the sensitivity to 10 kinds of anti-cancer drugs of lymphaden cells and tumor cells from 27 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.To these anticancer drugs, the inhibitory effects were positively correlated between lymphaden cells and tumor cells from patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (r=0.803, P=0.0062) .The conclusion showed that the inhibitory effects of lymphaden cells were positively correlated with that of tumor cells, which could become valuable for reference of selecting anti-cancer drugs in clinic.
