An analysis on the spread way of hepatitis C virus in different populations

摘要: 目的了解丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的传播途径,为预防丙型肝炎提供依据。方法采集血液、唾液、乳汁、精液和阴道分泌物为标本,用反转录-聚合酶链反应检测HCV-RNA。结果各类标本均可检测到HCV-RNA阳性结果。结论HCV可以通过这些体液传播Abstract: Objective To understand the ways of the spread on hepatitis C virus (HCV) for the prevention of hepatitis C.Methots Blood, saliva, latex, seminal fluid and excretion of vagina as specimens and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction detect HCV-RNA in the specimens.Results The positive results of HCV-RNA can be detected in these specimens.Conclusion HCV can be spread by humor.
