The effect of treatment with HujuYigan capsule in 70 cases with chronic hepatitis B

摘要

摘要: 目的探讨中成药虎驹乙肝胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者改善临床症状、恢复肝功能及抑制病毒复制的疗效。方法将我院门诊部120例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组。观察组共70例,予口服虎驹乙肝胶囊每次5粒,每天3次;对照组口服肝太乐片、西利宾胺片、维生素C片每次各2片,每天3次,疗程均为一年。结果观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组,较对照组能更快降低转氨酶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。观察组6个月12个月的HBeAg阴转率分别为15.7%和27.1%,优于对照组的4.0%和10.0%;观察组6个月、12个月的HBVDNA阴转率分别为15.8%和30.0%,优于对照组的2.0%和8.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论虎驹乙肝胶囊能有效改善慢性乙型肝炎患者临床症状、恢复肝功能及抑制病毒且无不良反应。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huju Yigan capsule in the treatment of chronic virus hepatitis on the improvement of clinical symphony and signs、recovery of liver functions, as well as inhibition of virus.Methods 120 patients with virus hepatitis B were randomly divided into Huju Yigan capsule group (n=70) and control group (n=50) .The patients of Huju Yigan capsule group were given Huju Yigan capsule fifteen pallets daily for one year.Control group patients received only conventional liver-protective drugs including: glucurolactone, Silybin Meghunine Tablets and vitamin C three times daily for a year.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in aspect of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, recovery of liver functions, and serum conversion from positive HBeAg to negative and from positive HBV-DNA to negative (P<0.05) .The efficacy of Huju Yigan capsule group excelled significantly that of the control group.Conclusion The results significantly indicate that the method of using Huju Yigan capsule can improve clinical symptoms, recover liver functions and inhibit virus, besides these no serious side-effects were observed in all patients.
