Study on the relationship of APOBEC3G mRNA expression in PBMC with HBV viral load and IFN-γ in chronic hepatitis B patients.

  • 摘要: 目的探讨慢性乙肝患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)APOBEC3G mRNA的水平,以及其与IFN-γ mRNA、血清HBV病毒载量及ALT的关系。方法用实时荧光定量RT-PCR的方法检测27例慢性乙肝患者以及16名健康人PMBC中APOBEC3G和IFN-γ mRNA的水平,并分别检测每个乙肝患者血清HBV病毒载量及肝功能ALT。结果慢性乙肝患者PBMC中APOBEC3G mRNA的表达水平高于健康对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),IFN-γ mRNA无明显增高,A3G还与患者血清中的病毒载量呈正相关(r=0.73,P<0.01),但与IFN-γ及ALT水平无关(P>0.05)。结论表达增高的APOBEC3G蛋白可能只是HBV慢性感染的伴随表现,APOBEC3G蛋白是否具有抗HBV临床应用价值,还需要更加深入的研究探讨。
