Significance of short veno-venous hemofiltration for severe acute pancreatitis.

摘要: 目的研究短期静脉血液滤过(SVVH)在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)治疗中的作用。方法对我院2002年1月至2006年6月两年间21例行SVVH治疗的SAP患者进行回顾性分析,并与同期未行SVVH治疗的18例病例进行对比。结果通过SVVH治疗后患者的血液生化指标可以明显好转,SVVH治疗组的住院时间,治疗费用比传统治疗组相比明显下降,SVVH可改善SAP患者预后,降低患者的病死率。结论及时行SVVH治疗是提高重症胰腺炎治疗效果的有效措施,可能通过打断胰腺炎时炎性因子的级链反应,改善SAP的疗效有重要意义。Abstract: Objective To elucidate the significance of short veno-venous hemofiltration (SVVH) for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) .Methods 21 SAP patients who had been treated by SVVH were analyzed retrospectively, and BUN, ALT, AST, AMS before and after SVVH were compared. The difference of treatment time and cost was compared between the SVVH group and the traditional therapy group.Results In the SVVH group, the cost and time in hospital had decreased greatly than control (P<0.05;P<0.01) ;the biochemical indicator and the symptom of SAP were improved remarkably.Conclusion SVVH was a valid treatment for SAP by cutting off sequential reactions of inflammatory factors possibly.
