摘要: 目的探讨肝组织病理分级分期、血清乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核酸(HBVDNA)的关系。方法对259例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物(HBVM)、HBVDNA定量检测,并结合肝脏病理组织学检查进行分析。结果HBeAg阳性患者中,G1、G2、G3、G4组HBVDNA对数值(拷贝/毫升)分别为7.03±0.74、6.72±1.08、6.38±1.35、6.29±1.65;S0~1、S2、S3、S4组HBVDNA对数值(拷贝/毫升)分别为6.98±0.85、6.49±1.78、6.38±1.31、6.10±0.97。HBeAg阴性患者中,G1、G2、G3、G4组HBVDNA对数值(拷贝/毫升)分别为4.10±0.35、4.37±1.03、4.45±1.27、5.61±1.42;S0~1、S2、S3、S4组HBVDNA对数值(拷贝/毫升)分别为4.16±0.87、4.48±1.13、4.89±1.21、5.48±1.49。结论HBeAg阳性患者,肝组织分级、分期与血清HBVDNA水平呈负相关;HBeAg阴性患者,肝组织分级、分期与血清HBVDNA水平呈正相关。通过HB...Abstract: Objective To expiore the relationship of liver tissue grade/stage, and serum HBeAg /HBVDNA.Methods The serum markers of HBV (HBVM) , HBV DNA and liver pathological examination in 259 cases with chronic hepatitis B were analyzed.Results In HBeAg-positive group, the quantity of HBVDNA in G1, G2, G3, and G4 subgroup were 7.03 ± 0.74, 6.72 ± 1.08, 6.38 ± 1.35, 6.29 ± 1.65;copies / ml respectively.In S0-1, S2, S3 and S4 subgroup were 6.98±0.85, 6.49±1.78, 6.38±1.31, 6.10±0.97copies.ml respectively.In HBeAg-negative group, the quantity of HBVDNA in G1, G2, G3 and G4 subgroup were 4.10 ± 0.35, 4.37 ± 1.03, 5.45 ± 1.27, 5.61 ± 1.42copies/ml respectively, in S0 ~ 1, S2, S3 and S4 subgroup were 4.16 ± 0.87, 4.48 ± 1.13, 4.89 ± 1.21, 5.48 ± 1.49 copies/ml respectively.Conclusion For HBeAg-positive patients, there are negative correlation between pathological grade/stage and HBVDNA.While For HBeAg-negative patients, there are positive correlation between them.With the level of HBeAg and HBVDNA, the pathological changes of theliver might be deduced, which has a practical clinical significance.
