摘要: 目的分析丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染者的血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL),探讨血清MBL水平与HCV感染及其致病程度的关系。方法收集HCV感染者128例,分成HCV携带者、轻度慢性丙型肝炎患者和中度慢性丙型肝炎患者三组。通过酶联免疫吸附法测定血清MBL的水平。结果HCV感染者血清MBL浓度均值为(1.729±0.529)μg/ml,高于正常对照组均值(0.974±0.305)μg/ml(P<0.01),且血清MBL水平随患者肝功能损害程度加重而增加。结论作为急性时相反应蛋白,血清MBL可反应HCV感染导致的慢性病理状态,它可能也参与肝脏纤维化的过程。

Abstract: Objective To analyze serum mannan-binding lectin levels in hepatitis C virus-infected subjects, and to explore clinical significance of the levels of mannan-binding lectin for hepatitis C virus-infected subjects.This study will also investigate the relationship between fthe level of mannan-binding lectin and the severity of hepatitis.Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 128 hepatitis C virus-infected subjects.These subjects were divided into three groups, hepatitis C virus carriers, patients with mild chronic hepatitis C and patients with moderate chronic hepatitis C.The concentration of serum mannan-binding lectin was determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The mean serum concentration of mannan-binding lectin in hepatitis C virus-infected subjects was 1.729±0.529μg/ml.That in healthy controls was 0.974±0.305μg/ml.There were significant differences in the value of serum mannan-binding lectin between hepatitis C virus-infected subjects and healthy controls (P<0.01) .The serum concentration of mannan-binding lectin was associated with the severity of liver damage.Conclusion As an acute phase protein, the serum levels of mannan-binding lectin may relate to chronic liver damage caused by hepatitis virus, It also has a role in the development of fibrosis in hepatitis C virus-infected patients.-
