The Impact of Adefovior dipivoxil on Th1/Th2 cytokines in chronic hepatitis B Patients

摘要: 目的分析细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6、IL-4、IL-2在慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗后血清中的浓度改变及其临床意义。方法应用微阵列流式细胞术(CBA)体外检测慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗前、治疗12周、24周、48周的血清细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6、IL-4、IL-2的浓度。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者阿德福韦酯治疗后外周血清的TH1/TH2细胞因子浓度度,比较治疗前,均是显著升高的(P<0.05),除IL-6外,各细胞因子在治疗过程中均未有显著变化(P>0.05);治疗12周时的血清IL-6的浓度与HBVDNA成负相关,治疗24周,IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α与HBVDNA成负相关(P<0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯除直接抑制病毒作用外,还可能通过免疫调节作用抑制病毒复制。Abstract: Objective To analyze the changes in Th1/Th2 cytokines level in chronic hepatitis B patients during Adefovir dipivoxil therapy.Methods The serum levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-10, IL-6, IL-4 and IL-2 were measured in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients using Cytotoxic Bead Array (CBA) technique.Results After 12, 24, and 48 weeks of treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-10, IL-4 and IL-2 in CHB patients were significantly increased compared to the baseline (P < 0.05) .At the 12th week of treatment, IL-6 was negatively correlated with HBV DNA and after 24 weeks of treatment, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α were negatively correlated with HBV DNA (P < 0.05) .Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil may inhibit HBV DNA replication through the immune pathway.
