Distribution and clinical significance of HBV genotypes in Lanzhou district

摘要

摘要: 目的观察兰州地区HBV基因型的分布及其与病情严重性的相关性。方法采用荧光PCR法对163例乙肝患者血清进行基因分型。结果兰州地区乙肝患者HBV基因分型以C型为主,占92.02%,B型占4.33%,B+C型占3.64%。基因C型患者中,肝硬化患者明显多于慢乙肝患者,（49.33% vs34.00%）,但差异无统计学意义。进一步分析年龄、HBVDNA对病情的影响,肝硬化与肝癌患者在年龄方面明显大于慢乙肝患者,在HBVDNA水平方面低于慢乙肝患者,差异有统计学意义。结论兰州地区以C型为主,符合北方以C型为主的研究结果 ;除外基因型对病情及预后的影响外,还需要结合患者的年龄、病程的长短、HBVDNA水平等多种因素来分析病情。

Abstract: Objective To study the distribution and clinical significance of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) genotypes in Lanzhou district. Methods HBV genotype was tested in 163 patients by real-time PCR.Results HBV genotype C (92.02%) was a found to be the major genotype in Lanzhou district. Genotype C and combined genotypes B and C accounted for 4.30% and 3.68%, respectively. Cirrhosis was higher in patients with genotype C than genotype B patients (49.33%vs34.00%) , but the difference was not statistically significant. Furthermore, cirrhosis and liver cancer patients were older than patients with chronic hepatitis B and the HBVDNA level was lower in chronic hepatitis B patients.Conclusion HBV genotype C is the major genotypes in Lanzhou district. Besides HBV genotype, factors such as age, disease course and the HBV DNA levels are important factors in disease prognosis.
