The correlation between HLA-DRB1*14 and HLA-DRB1*15 alleles and hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 目的探讨HLA-DRB1*14和*15等位基因与肝癌发生的相关性。方法以40例原发性肝癌患者作为病例组,以135例健康人作为对照组,应用PCR-SSP方法对研究对象外周血的HLA-DRB1等位基因进行检测,分析其表达与原发性肝癌的相关性。结果 HLA-DRB1*14在病例组中的分布频率较对照组显著增高(χ2=9.925,P=0.002,OR=3.450,95%CI:1.555~7.655),HLA-DRB1*15在病例组和对照组中的分布频率的差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.260,P=0.262,OR=1.538,95%CI:0.723~3.274)。结论 HLA-DRB1*14可能是原发性肝癌的易感基因,HLA-DRB1*15可能与原发性肝癌的发生无明显关系。Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between HLA-DRB1*14 and HLA-DRB1*15 genes and hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 40 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and 135 healthy controls were included in the study.HLA-DRB1 genes were detected by PCR-SSP.Results The frequency of HLA-DRB1*14 was significantly higher than the control group (χ2=9.925, P=0.002, OR=3.450, 95%CI:1.555~7.655) , however, no significant difference was found in HLA-DRB1*15 frequency between the two groups (χ2=1.260, P=0.262, OR=1.538, 95%CI:0.723~3.274) .Conclusion HLA-DRB1*14 might be the responsible gene for the development of hepatocellular carcinoma with a minor effect by HLA-DRB1*15 genes.
