The computational simulation development of bioreactor design optimization in bioartificial liver system

  • 摘要: 肝衰竭是一种病死率可高达80%的严重疾病。过去的几十年中,研究者们已经研发了多种可提供肝衰竭病人暂时肝功能支持的人工肝系统(BAL)。生物反应器是生物人工肝的核心部件,其中有着许多复杂的流体动力学问题。近年来,随着计算机技术的快速发展,基于计算机的流体动力学仿真被用于生物人工肝研究并取得了令人瞩目的成绩。仿真研究为生物反应器的进一步优化设计提供了条件。本文就计算机仿真在生物反应器优化设计中的关键问题进行了详细综述。
