Research on the progress of CIK immunotherapy on liver cancer

摘要: 肝癌在全球肿瘤相关疾病中的死因占第二位,常规方法对其治疗效果并不理想,因此急需寻找新的有效方法来治疗。细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞是一种新型的免疫效应细胞,对肿瘤细胞的杀伤具有T淋巴细胞的高效性和NK细胞的非MHC限制性的特点,是目前对肝癌过继免疫治疗的有效方法之一。本文从细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞的扩增培养方法及研究进展、不同细胞因子及作用途径对其活性的影响、在杀伤肿瘤细胞中的作用机理及在肝癌治疗的实验研究与临床应用等方面进行了综述。

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second commonest cause of cancer death worldwide and the result of the conventional treatment was not as effective, so demand for the effective treatment options are increasing.Cytokine induced killer (CIK) cells are a new kind of immunocyte, which could act as antitumor with high efficiency of killer activity of T lymphocytes and the non-MHC restricted character of NK markers.Adoptive immunotherapy with CIK cells might represent an effective alternative to classic application for Hepatic carcinomas.This article reviews the new research progress on Cytokine induced killer cells, the effects of killer cells activity intervened by variety of cytokines and different pathways, the mechanisms of the killing and the pre-clinical and clinical research on cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells.-
