摘要

摘要: 近年来,药物性肝损伤(DILI)在我国发病率呈明显的增高趋势,急性重症药物性肝损伤致死率也在增加,严重影响了人民的健康。主要影响因素包括:抗生素的滥用、药品广告不切实际的宣传、农村地区过期药品的使用以及不当的用药方法等等,以上均导致了药物性肝损伤的发生。这就促使我们必须对药物性肝损伤引起足够的重视,为此,必须制定切实可行的防范措施,尽可能避免DILI的发生。

Abstract: In recent years,the incidence of drug induced liver injury(DILI) has been increasingly obvious in our country.Acute severe DILI is leading to higher death rate and affecting the public health seriously.The main factors of inducing DILI include abuse of antibiotics,impractical advertisements of medicines,using expired medicine or in inappropriate way in countrysides,etc.For these reasons,we must pay great importance to DILI and take out a feasible way to avoid the occurrence of DILI.
