Research progress of angiopoietins in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 实体瘤的生长和转移离不开丰富的血液供应。肝细胞癌(HCC)是一种极富含血管的实质肿瘤之一,新生血管的形成在HCC中起了很大的作用。近年来发现许多血管生成因子参与血管再生过程,其中血管生成素家族(Angs)在HCC血管新生、肿瘤发展中有重要作用。Angs是一种内皮细胞特异性的促血管生长因子,目前发现Angs共有4种亚型:Ang-1、Ang-2、Ang-3、Ang-4,均能与内皮细胞特异酪氨酸激酶-2受体(Tie-2,又称作Tek)结合。其中Ang-1和Ang-2在新生血管方面的调节中起主要作用,深入了解Angs在HCC血管新生中的作用,将为临床上HCC的诊断和治疗提供重要的理论依据。Abstract: The growth and metastasis of solid tumors constantly require blood vascular supply. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most vascular solid tumors, in which angiogenesis plays an important role. In recent years, many angiogenic factors have been found involved in the process of angiogenesis. Angiopoietin family (Angs) is one of the them which plays an important role in the growth and progression of HCC. Angiopoietin is a family of growth factors specific for the vascular endothelium that consists of 4 known members: Ang-1, Ang-2, Ang-3 and Ang-4. Angiopoietins were identified as ligands for Tie2 (Tie2; also called Tek) , a member of the endothelial cell type specific receptor tyrosine kinase family. Ang-1 and Ang-2 are considered to play major roles in the regulation of angiogenesis. Therefore, further understanding the role of angiopoietins in HCC may represent an important theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment for HCC.
