摘要

摘要: 中国是乙型肝炎的高发区,HBV母婴传播是我国人群感染HBV的主要传播途径之一。婴儿或儿童感染HBV,约15%～25%将发展为慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者,是肝硬化和肝细胞癌的主要原因之一。本文对儿童乙型肝炎的流行病学、诊断以及治疗方面的进展进行综述。

Abstract: China is high incidence area of hepatitis B.HBV mother-to-child transmission is one of main transmission ways in our country.About 15% to 25% of infants or children infected with HBV, will develop into HBV carriers, which is the leading cause of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Advances in epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B in children are reviewed in this paper.
