摘要

摘要: 肠源性内毒素血症是慢性重型肝炎发生和发展的重要机制之一。各种微生态制剂可调整肠道失调菌群,从而降低血清内毒素水平,减少并发症和降低病死率,对慢性重型肝炎有明显的治疗作用。

Abstract: Intestinal endotoxemia is one of the important mechanisms in the onset and development of chronic severe hepatitis.Various kinds of microbial modulators can decrease the levels of serum endotoxin, reduce complications and mortality by adjusting the imbalance of intestinal microflora.Microbial modulators show significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.
