The treatment status of hepatogenous diabetes

摘要

摘要: 肝源性糖尿病是指继发于肝病并发症的糖尿病,被认为是肝功能恶化的标志。在我国各型肝炎、肝硬化发病率较高,因此肝源性糖尿病很常见。临床治疗以治疗原发病(肝病)为主,降糖治疗为辅。

Abstract: Diabetes developed as a complication of liver diseases is known as hepatogenous diabetes (HD) , and it may be considered as a marker for liver function deterioration.Because of high incidence of hepatitis and cirrhosis, there are many patients with HD.In clinical work, we should treat the original disease (liver disease) following up with the treatment for control blood sugar.
