Detection of HBV-LP and relationships between HBV DNA and its level in HBV patients with different patterns of HBV Markers

摘要: 目的通过检测乙型肝炎病毒标志物(HBV M:HBsAg/抗-HBs、HBeAg/抗-HBe、抗-HBc)不同模式的乙型肝炎患者血清中乙型肝炎病毒外膜大蛋白(HBV-LP)、乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原(HBVpreS1)、HBV DNA,探讨HBV-LP与HBV DNA及HBV M模式间的关系,研究HBV-LP用于乙型肝炎患者临床诊治的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对HBV-LP、HBVpreS1和HBV M进行检测;采用荧光定量PCR方法对HBV DNA进行检测。结果乙型肝炎患者大蛋白检测结果与HBV DNA检测结果差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.97,P>0.05)。HBV-LP A值随HBV DNA拷贝数的增加呈上升趋势,二者之间存在良好的相关性(r=0.565,P<0.01),在不同HBV DNA拷贝数组别间,HBV-LP A值差异有统计学意义(F=9.23,P<0.01)。结论 HBV-LP是反应HBV感染者体内病毒复制程度的良好的血清免疫学指标,血清中的HBV-LP与HBV DNA具有较好的相关性,特别是可作为HBeAg阴性患者体内监测病毒复制及预后判...Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between HBV large envelop protein (HBV-LP) and HBV DNA/patterns of HBV markers and the significances of HBV-LP in clinical diagnosis and treatment of HBV patients, the HBV-LP, preS1 and HBV DNA in HBV patients with different patterns of HBV markers (HBV M, HBsAg/HBsAb、HBeAg/HBeAb、HBcAb) were tested.Methods The HBV-LP, preS1 and patterns of HBV M were tested by ELISA, and HBV DNA was measured by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results No significant difference was found between HBV-LP and HBV DNA level (χ2=1.97, P>0.05) .There was a positive correlation with the value A of HBV-LP and the HBV DNA level (r=0.565, P<0.01) , and there was a significant difference of value A of HBV-LP in different copies of HBV DNA (F=9.23, P<0.01) .Conclusion The HBV-LP was a good sero-immunological marker to reflect the level of virus replication in HBV patients.The HBV-LP in serum has a good positive correlation with HBV DNA, and especially served as a good serum target in monitoring the virus replication and prognosis.
