Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for hepatic cavernous hemangiomas

摘要: 目的探讨肝海绵状血管瘤精确放射治疗的疗效。方法回顾分析43例肝海绵状血管瘤患者使用三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT),三维适形治疗计划系统:设5~6个共面或非共面固定照射影靶区剂量3000 cGy,单次剂量300~500 cGy,6~10次,两周内完成治疗。结果 43例肝海绵状血管瘤患者,无1例发生放射性肝损伤或死亡,CR+PR为100%。结论三维适形放疗是治疗肝海绵状血管瘤安全、有效方法。Abstract: Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) for hepatic cavernous hemangiomas.Methods 43 cases of hepatic cavernous hemangiomas treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed.5 to 6 coplanar or noncoplanar fixed irradiation volume were set with the total dose of 3000 cGy and every dose 300-500 cGy.6 to 10 times radiotherapy were finished in two weeks.Results The responsive rate of 43 patients was 100%.None of them died or had degression of liver function.Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is curative, efficient and safe for patients with hepatic cavernous hemangiomas.
