CD163 and sCD163:New evaluating indicators of liver failure

  • 摘要: 肝衰竭是一种由于肝细胞大量坏死而出现的以严重肝功能损害为特征的临床综合征,宿主免疫反应出现异常,其中巨噬细胞过度活化及其分泌的多种细胞因子在发病机制中起重要作用。血红蛋白清道夫受体CD163,仅表达在单核-巨噬细胞膜上,可作为巨噬细胞活化的标志物,近年研究显示它具有抗炎、抗氧化的重要功能,其与可溶性CD163(sCD163)的表达均可反映肝衰竭患者病情的严重程度并提示预后。因此,CD163与sCD163有望成为肝衰竭评价的新指标。
