Comparison of the various approaches of stem cell transplantation in liver cirrhosis

摘要

摘要: 肝硬化是各种慢性肝病的终末期表现,近几年兴起的干细胞移植治疗肝硬化具有操作简单、可重复进行、免疫源性弱、治疗费用低等优点,有望成为一种有广阔应用前景的治疗方法。利用干细胞治疗肝硬化有经外周静脉、门静脉、肝动脉、肝内、腹腔等多种移植途径,但是比较移植途径的实验研究报道较少,不同移植途径的疗效对比尚无定论。本文就干细胞移植治疗肝硬化的移植途径及其优缺点作一综述。

Abstract: Liver cirrhosis is the end-stage of all sorts of chronic liver disease.The encouraging advances in stem cells have paved the way towards the treatment of the end-stage of the chronic liver disease in recent years, which also expected to be an alternative and prospective way.Stem cell transplantation for cirrhosis is characterized by simple, repeatable, lower immunogen and lower costs.There are some various approaches by stem cell transplantation via the peripheral vein, the portal vein, the hepatic artery, intrahepatic injection, et al.The studies on comparing the experimental research on stem cell transplantation are less, and the therapeutic effects of different transplantation approaches are also uncertain.In this paper, we reviewed the approaches of stem cell transplantation and their advantages and disadvantages in cirrhosis.
