Research progress of the applied anatomy of the caudate lobe of liver

摘要

摘要: 肝尾状叶切除一直是肝脏手术的禁区。虽然近些年有关尾状叶切除的报道越来越多,但因其复杂的解剖位置,尾状叶切除术仍是肝脏手术的难点。解剖是外科的基础,只有在熟知该区域解剖的前提下,精确的尾状叶切除才能安全的进行。今对近些年肝尾状叶应用解剖学研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Resection surgery of caudate lobe of liver has always been restricted.In recent years more and more reports were involved in caudate lobectomy, however for the complexity of the anatomical location, the liver resection surgery of caudate lobe is still difficult.Anatomy is the basis of surgery, only when we are familiar in the context of the regional anatomy that precise removal of the caudate lobe can be safe.In this paper, recent application of the caudate lobe of liver anatomy are reviewed.
