摘要

摘要: 慢性乙型肝炎致肝内胆汁淤积性黄疸的发病机制极其复杂,其中肝细胞凋亡、氧化应激及脂质过氧化、巨噬细胞介导的炎症反应等途径均参与肝内胆汁淤积性黄疸的发病。明确肝内胆汁淤积性黄疸的发病机制对临床靶点治疗有重要意义。

Abstract: The pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis jaundice caused by chronic hepatits B is extremely complicated, and the following pathways such as hepatocytes apoptosis, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation and inflammatory response mediated by macrophage have a close link with the pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis jaundice.To have a clear and complete definition on the pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis jaundice is of great significance for its clinical target therapy.
