The nutritional evaluation in chronic liver failure

摘要: 目的分析慢性肝衰竭患者的营养状态、探讨改良SGA评分在慢性肝衰竭中的应用价值。方法以30例慢性乙型肝炎患者为对照组,分析80例慢性肝衰竭患者入院或确诊时的营养状态,测量肱三头肌皮褶厚度,计算改良SGA评分。给予患者胃肠道内外混合营养支持治疗,观察改良SGA评分对慢性肝衰竭患者的营养学评价应用。结果在入院或确诊时慢性肝衰竭患者能量摄入明显下降(18.37±5.08)kcal.kg-1.d-1,营养组分不合理,皮褶厚度下降(16.70±5.36)mm,改良SGA评分升高19.05±2.67,经营养支持治疗后改良SGA评分下降。结论慢性肝衰竭患者存在能量摄入不足,营养不良,改良SGA评分在一定程度上可以反映患者营养不良状态。Abstract: Objective To analyze the nutritional condition of the patients with chronic liver failure.Methods Compared with the control group of 30 patients of hepatitis B, 80 patients with chronic liver failure were selected.The nutritional status were evaluated, Triceps skinfold thickness were measured and SGA score were calculated.The patients were treated by enteral and parenteral mixed nutritional support and the application of SGA score in nutrition assessment for patients were obvserved.Results Pretreatment energy intake in patients with chronic liver failure decreased (18.37 ± 5.08) kcal·kg-1·d-1, nutrient composition was not unreasonable.Skinfold thickness decreased (16.70 ± 5.36) mm, and improved SGA score increased (19.05 ± 2.67) .Improved SGA score decreased after treatment.Conclusion In patients with chronic liver failure, there is insufficient energy intake, malnutrition.Improved SGA score to some extent can reflect malnutrition state of patients.
