摘要

摘要: 轻微肝性脑病(MHE)的早期发现和治疗对肝病患者有重要意义。临界视觉闪烁频率(CFF)以其客观性、简易性、可重复性高等特点在MHE的诊断中受到越来越多的关注。通过CFF对肝硬化、肝炎患者和门体循环异常者MHE的诊断价值的一系列研究,CFF在MHE诊断中的价值已初步建立,同时研究也发现还存在很多问题有待进一步探索。

Abstract: Early diagnosis and therapeutic intervention of minimal hepatic encephalopathy (MHE) is important for patients with liver disease.Critical flicker frequency (CFF) has recently emerged as a preferred diagnostic procedure of MHE due its features of relatively high objectivity, simplicity, and repeatability.A series of studies on the diagnostic value of CFF in patients with liver cirrohsis, hepatitis, and/or systemic collateral decompressed portal circulation associated with severe portal hypertension, the diagnostic value of CFF for MHE was initially established.In this review, we discuss the theoretical basis and beneficial features of CFF and speculate on some of the unresolved issues that may enhance the utility and validity of this method.
