<正>肝衰竭（liver failure）是由各种原因所导致的一种严重肝功能失代偿状态。在我国,绝大多数肝衰竭病例是在慢性HBV感染基础上发生的慢加急性肝衰竭（acute-on-chronic liver failure,ACLF）,所以HBV相关的ACLF（ACLF-HBV）一直是学界关注和研究的重点。有关肝衰竭的分类、定义与诊断标准,国内外肝病学术界至今尚未达成统一的意见。2005年美国肝病学会（AASLD）将既往无肝病基础者突然出现的肝功能丧失定义为急性肝衰竭（ALF）,其标准是:（1）既往无肝硬
