Jaundice due to hepatic syphilis: A case report

<正>1病例资料患者,女,64岁,农民,因"皮肤、巩膜黄染10余天"于2012年2月17日入院。3个月前因胆囊结石行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,术后恢复良好,无明显不适;无输血史,无烟酒嗜好,自诉其丈夫有冶游史。体格检查显示皮肤及巩膜重度黄染,余无阳性体征。入院后辅助检查:血常规:白细胞12.4×109/L,中性粒细胞百分比73%,淋巴细胞百分比18%;凝血常规:凝血酶原
