Recent research on liver fibrosis and cirrhosis

  • 摘要:

    肝硬化因其不可逆性肝细胞功能损害和门静脉高压引发的严重并发症而威胁人类健康。肝纤维化是慢性肝病向肝硬化发展的重要阶段,目前大多数研究认为在该阶段疾病尚可逆转。本文就近年肝纤维化及肝硬化的研究近况进行讨论。
