Research progress in simulation training on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

  • 摘要:

    本文分析了内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)培训面临的问题,介绍了ERCP模拟培训的类型、效果评价及其局限性;提出了模拟培训可以改善ERCP学习曲线,使初学者更快地掌握操作基本技能,减少独立操作所需的最低例数,降低操作的风险及并发症的发生,从而提高培训效果,促进ERCP技术的临床推广。
