<正>1病例介绍患儿,女,18个月,因腹痛、发热2 d,嗜睡1 d于2011年9月急诊入院。患儿入院前3 d进食"生豆角",第2 d突然出现腹痛,继之出现发热及呕吐,体温38.0℃左右,呕吐物含少量豆角豆,就诊于当地医院,按"重症感染、豆类植物中毒、急性胰腺炎?",予以洗胃,洗出物中含有数个豆角粒,同时静点"头孢他
